To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ventura is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
